STATED LINES

The full exploded view — every card, every quote line — is its own record: Managed IT. Server protection lives at Backup & DR; fixed-fee ways in at Assessments.

FIG. 02 — ENGAGEMENTS

Structured ways in.

Onboardings, projects, and procurement — each on its own paper, each with its own signoff. Fixed-fee assessments have their own record.

STRUCTURED ENGAGEMENTS
MANAGED SERVICES ONBOARDING
  • A defined project with a stated one-time fee, agreed before it starts.
  • Agents deployed, protection provisioned, baseline applied, environment documented end to end.
  • Day-to-day service begins only once onboarding is verified complete.

  • Identity and tenant brought to baseline.
  • Documentation written as the work happens.
  • Verified complete — then service begins.
BACK ⟲
MANAGED BDR ONBOARDING

FIG. 03 — TERMS OF DEALING

How the relationship is run.

FLAT & IN WRITING
Per device for coverage, per user for workplace services, itemized on one invoice — in your hands before signature. Every order comes with a full-term financial forecast, month by month. Zero surprise billing.
NO SURPRISE HOURS
Work beyond included allocations draws from prepaid blocks you approved in advance. There is no meter running behind your back.
VERIFIED BEFORE BILLED
New recurring services aren't invoiced until the deployment is verified operational. We prove it works, then it goes on the bill.
YOUR RECORD
The environment is documented from onboarding and kept current with every change. The record describes your firm; it belongs with your firm.
DEPARTURE
Every termination — planned or not — receives a structured handover: full documentation, credential and license transfer, access revocation, and a walkthrough for the incoming provider.
INDEPENDENCE
Founder-operated. The platforms we run are ones we selected and stand behind — not ones we're paid to place.
FIG. 04 — RELATIONSHIP ROADMAP

The stops most relationships make — boarded in whatever order fits.

Some firms start with an assessment, some with a project, some mid-crisis. The map below is the common path, not a required one — and the later stops repeat for as long as we work together.

  • CALL Fifteen minutes to establish fit — headcount, devices, what prompted the look.
  • ASSESS A fixed-fee assessment with a written, framework-referenced report.
  • REMEDIATE A fixed-quote project built from the report — the assessment fee credits forward.
  • ONBOARD Agents, baseline, and documentation, verified complete before service begins.
  • MANAGE Monitoring, maintenance, helpdesk — the flat monthly figures stated before you signed.
  • REVIEW Periodic reviews that loop back into MANAGE — coverage and services grow as the firm does.
  • RECURRING — PROJECTS · UPGRADES · HARDWARE REFRESHES

Projects, hardware refreshes, and coverage upgrades recur throughout — each on its own paper, each with its own signoff. Join at the stop that fits; nothing obligates the next.
